Little Moments grew from the birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions Gosia has organised for friends, family, and our expat community.
Those gatherings brought together the things she loves: making people feel welcome, finding beauty in the details, and creating a setting where everyone can relax.
Now she brings that same personal attention to your occasion. Gosia leads the planning and brings in support where needed, so someone is looking after the whole experience.

YOU GET TO BE THERE
A conversation by phone or video about the occasion, your people, and your budget. You don’t need a theme, a venue, or a finished idea.
We bring you a considered proposal and a clear budget. You approve the direction and spending. We handle the bookings and coordination.
Gosia or our team is there to look after suppliers and keep everything running smoothly. You spend the occasion with your people.
CLEAR FROM THE START
Our fee reflects the size and complexity of your gathering, the preparation involved, and the support needed on the day.
It covers designing the experience, arranging suppliers, and coordinating the gathering. Any bespoke decorations included in the fee will be listed in your proposal.
Venue, food, drinks, entertainment, accommodation, and other supplier costs are additional. We set out our fee and estimated supplier costs clearly, and agree the budget with you before making bookings.
In Kraków and the surrounding area, including countryside settings for days and weekends away.
